While this natural-looking Wedgewood planter would look great with low to medium-height houseplants, consider doing a "living art" succulent project like Our Smallest Hanging Baskets. Pack the "pots" with potting soil, wet thoroughly, then let drain. Using a skewer or florist's wire, poke holes in the soil big enough to hold the stem of a piece of succulent - take a look at our smallest hanging basket for ideas - then firm gently in place. Larger hens or chicks can be nestled in place and may actually have roots that can be planted. Don't be afraid to cover any bare dirt; in this case, the more, the merrier. Once finished, place the planter in as well lit an indoor location as possible, or if necessary, use a a grow light. Water sparingly, and enjoy your art!
