Medium-sized, mild flavored berries ripen early mid-season and can stay on the bush without losing flavor or quality, but watch out for birds!

Product Description

Bluejay Northern Highbush Blueberry is a fairly large shrub but to make harvesting easier, the berries tend to form clusters on the outer branches and ripen during a concentrated period of time. At least six hours of sun is a must for best tasting berries, and if you can plant another blueberry variety that blooms at about the same time, the berry production and flavor will be all the better for that. Blueberries are self-pollinating, but the cross pollination results in better yields.
