Tradescantia zebrina 4 Inch

Commonly known as a Wandering Jew or Inch Plant, this tradescantia is an attractive trailer in hanging baskets and container planters. It adds unique color and texture to summer hanging baskets when paired with other shade plants, and is a handsome indoor specimen on its own. When grown indoors, give this specimen sufficient indirect light; otherwise, the bold stripes may fade and the stems will get leggy. Don't be afraid to pinch the tips if it does get too long, as pinching will encourage new growth at the top, making the plant that much fuller on top. Keeping the long stems in check will also discourage pets from chewing on the leaves that are mildly toxic to dogs and cats.
