Sedum pluricaule 'Island of Sakhalin' 4 Inch

During the summer months when folks are often traveling away from home, container planters and hanging baskets often suffer due to neglect. 'Island of Sakhalin' sedum (aka stonecrop) adds blue tones during the spring and summer and will get red-tinged as the weather cools. Bright pink flowers bloom atop this low growing succulent from late summer into the fall, attracting bees and butterflies. 'Island of Sakhalin' sedum can tolerate heavier soils, but good drainage in the winter months is a must if it is to return in the spring. Drought tolerant once established, this variety will sprawl outwards up to a foot, and works well in borders, rock gardens, and xeriscapes.
