Schefflera arboricola 4 Inch

Commonly called a Dwarf Umbrella Plant, the term "dwarf" is somewhat relative, as this schefflera, which can grow to 25 feet tall in its natural habitat, usually tops out around five to six feet when grown indoors. Multi-stemmed with lush, large palmate leaves, it can reside with other houseplants in container planters for a time, but will eventually need its own space to reach its maximum height and width. Like most tropical plants, the Dwarf Umbrella Plant prefers a well-lit room with higher humidity, so place it away from heater vents, and mist periodically. Water thoroughly when the top inch of soil is dry and as the plant grows, consider buying a moisture sensor with a deeper probe. Scheffleras don't like wet feet, and its water requirements drop during the winter.
