We love the look of these colored terracotta saucers but alas, they are porous. Our solution: use the saucer to catch any drips from your pots and place the saucer on one of our cork surface protectors. No damage to surfaces, and your plants will breathe a little easier!

German-made terracotta is known for its finely filtered clays and high-fire temps, resulting in beautiful and durable products. These saucers are no exception, and work well indoors or out. Because of their porosity, we recommend sheltering them in the cold wet weather when used outdoors, and placing a layer of waterproof material (such as our cork surface protectors) under them when used inside.
