Philodendron billietiae

Philodendron billietiae is a standout amongst philodendrons with extremely long, narrow, wavy green leaves on orange stems. Though a climber in its natural environment, it stays around three feet tall when grown indoors, and benefits from a trellis or moss pole for support. This specimen needs well-draining soil and may do better with a mixture of potting soil, orchid bark, and perlite. Place it in a well-lit room, water thoroughly when the top inch of soil is dry, and put the pot on a pebble tray for increased humidity.
