For indoor gardeners who don't have much time to spend on houseplants, hoyas are often the go-to choice. In fact, these succulent-like plants thrive with a bit of neglect. Overwatering will most surely kill a hoya, but a missed watering or two is absolutely fine. There are so many different varieties of hoya, one could easily fill a planter with them, and they would all bring something different to the party. 'Dee's Big One' is frankly about its softball-sized flower clusters, with individual flowers often 3/4" across. The fresh green leaves are the perfect backdrop for this summer bloomer, whether trailing from a hanging basket or climbing up a support.
