Product Description
Product Description
Hoya 'Hindu Rope,' aka Krinkle Kurl, has the shiny, waxy foliage characteristic of hoyas, but these leaves literally curl back on themselves along long trailing stems. Its succulent-like texture is a good indicator as to what it needs to thrive - lots of indirect light, deep but infrequent watering, slightly higher humidity, and not too much fertilizer. In fact, this plant does better with benign neglect, and even prefers to get a bit root-bound before being transplanted. Given the right conditions, Hindu Rope may produce round balls of waxy flowers from spring into the summer. Don't remove the spent flowers, as new flowers will grow on the old stems.
