Helleborus x lemperii 'Winter Ballet Leona'

Hellebores are one of the nursery's favorite specimens for fall/winter baskets, adding boldly textured evergreen foliage year-round, and flowers when we most need a lift to the spirits. 'Winter Ballet Leona' is an early bloomer, often starting in the fall, with dark red to purple flowers lasting right up until early spring. Morning sun with afternoon shade, or all-day dappled sun will encourage the most blooms. Growing one to two feet tall and wide, 'Winter Ballet Leona' is a great addition to container planters, hanging baskets, or at the front of borders where all those upward and outward facing flowers can be enjoyed.
