Geranium Zonal ‘Brocade Fire Night’

Zonal geraniums are a staple in Pacific NW summer gardens, adding vibrant floral colors and foliar interest. 'Brocade Fire Night' has dark, rounded leaves edged in green, providing a dramatic contrast to the in-your-face orange flowers. Use this geranium as the thriller/filler in container planters and hanging baskets, or plant en masse along sunny garden borders. Hummingbirds and other pollinators enjoy the blooms, but watch for budworms. If the foliage is healthy but the flowers have disappeared, look for little green to brown worms, or black specks on the leaves (that's their poop). We've got a foliar spray that will take care of that problem and restore the blooms quickly.
