We treat echeverias as houseplants here in the maritime Pacific NW because our winters are just too wet and cold. 'Red Sky' is a lovely gray-toned echeveria with bright pink centers. Like other succulents, echeverias tend to bloom in the summer, often sending up multiple stalks with small flowers clustered at the tips. Give this succulent lots of indirect light indoors, and if moved into the outside summer garden, protect it from the late afternoon sun, or it may scorch.
