Cotoneaster dammeri 'Strieb's Findling' 4 Inch

Strieb's Findling cotoneaster is one of the lowest growing cotoneasters around, but what it lacks in height, it makes up for in width. Prostrate, horizontal branches bearing small shiny green leaves stay below 12 inches but can eventually spread six to eight feet wide. Relatively fast growing, this evergreen shrub works well on hillsides or retaining walls, and can act as a year-round ground cover. White springtime flowers are followed by red berries in late summer that last into the winter (if the birds don't get them).
