Coleus 'French Quarter' 4 Inch

Though coleuses have traditionally been considered shade plants, many of the varieties we carry in the nursery can traverse the spectrum from full shade to sun. 'French Quarter' coleus actually does better in the sun to partial sun, serving as the main attraction or as a companion plant in container planters, borders, and mass plantings. This variety has a large presence, growing 18 to 36 inches tall and almost as wide, though pinching out the tips will create a bushier, lower growing profile. Flower stalks, if any, will appear later in the summer, and can be pinched out or left for the bees.
