An unusual ground cover with an unusual name, but such a glorious silvery blue-green evergreen. And the springtime pink flowers? Gorgeous.

Product Description

Nicknamed Bog Rosemary or Marsh Andromeda for its tolerance for wet, boggy soils, 'Blue Ice' Bog Rosemary is a low growing evergreen with fine, silvery-blue foliage and pink springtime flowers. Plant this unique ground cover in a sunny location as a ground cover or in hanging baskets and container planters. Extremely cold-hardy, 'Blue Ice' handles the Pacific NW weather with ease, and looks great year-round. One caveat, all parts of this plant are toxic if ingested, so keep out of reach from chewing pets or little humans.

Front porch pots

I bought ten plants for the two tall pots on the front porch and they all look great. The blue Andromeda is especially lovely along with the Hebe, Euphorbia and pansies.

Bravo! Those turned out great, really nicely done. Rebel on!
