This Princess Eliane lily, also known as a Peruvian lily, has deep pink orchid-like flowers with yellow throats, attracting bees, hummingbirds, and butterflies throughout the spring and summer. The narrow, green, lance-shaped leaves emerge in the spring and form an attractive low-growing mound, about one to two feet tall and wide. Plant this reliable perennial along borders, in cut-flower gardens, or in container planters that have all day sun, although Princess Eliane lilies can handle filtered afternoon sun. Cut the flowers to bring indoors; this will also encourage more blooms to grow!
