Agapanthus 'Bridal Veil'

Though small in stature, this lily of the Nile stands out with its large clusters of white flowers on stalks that stand a foot tall. Perfect for container planters or even hanging baskets, 'Bridal Veil' will add vertical interest when in bloom, and will provide lush texture with its narrow strap-like leaves. Mostly evergreen, agapanthus leaves may get a bit tired looking over the winter but new growth will come on strong in the spring, and old leaves can be pruned back. Needless to say, hummingbirds, bees, and other pollinators love the stalks of trumpet-shaped flowers that are also excellent additions to flower arrangements and bouquets.
