When on the smaller side, this dracaena can migrate outdoors to the summer shade garden then move indoors when the temps drop.
Product Description
Product Description
"A rose by any other name would smell as sweet." So whether you call Spike a dracaena or a cordyline (which apparently it the correct designation), it still provides that flashy fan of sword-like leaves, for use in the summer garden or year-round indoors. We typically use smaller versions of this specimen for height in outdoor summer planters, but they can fulfill the same role in indoor planters as well. If kept indoors, Spike could eventually reach three to six feet in height and about two to three feet wide at maturity. Though this cordyline does bloom when planted in the ground, it rarely produces any flowers when grown indoors.
